Ask your manuals. Get the answer, with the source.
Dash5 lets service teams upload their own manuals and ask questions in plain Bahasa Indonesia or English. Answers cite the page they come from, and say "not found" instead of guessing.
The answer is in the manual. Finding it on site is the slow part.
Service manuals run to hundreds of pages, often as scanned PDFs. On a phone, at the work site, with a machine waiting, searching them takes time a technician does not have.
Three steps, using the documents you already have.
Upload your manuals
Service manuals, parts lists and technical bulletins for your own equipment.
Ask in plain language
Type the way you talk, in Bahasa Indonesia or English, or send a photo.
Get the answer and its source
Each answer is designed to name the section it was taken from, so it can be checked before work starts.
Built for how questions are asked in the field.
Typos are fine
Short, fast messages full of abbreviations are understood.
Answers cite their source
Values come with the manual section they were taken from. This is how Dash5 is designed to answer; always check critical values against the page.
Photo questions
Send a picture of a name plate or a fault code screen, and Dash5 reads it before searching.
Honest when the manual is silent
If the answer is not in your documents, Dash5 is designed to say so rather than invent a number.
Works on a phone
Runs in the phone's browser and can be installed to the home screen, in light or dark mode. No app store needed.
Bahasa Indonesia and English
Ask in either language. Answers follow the language of the question.
Teams that maintain machines and work from manuals.
Looking for pilot teams.
Dash5 is an early-stage product in development. We are looking for pilot teams who will bring their own manuals.
Each team works with its own documents. Before a pilot starts, we agree in writing where your manuals are stored, who can access them, and that they are kept apart from other teams' documents. Documents are processed with Google Cloud AI services to answer your team's questions.
